Stock Scoring is a rules-based multi-factor scoring tool. It uses real-time market data to calculate a score from 0–100. There is no machine learning, no training data, and no predictions. Scores reflect today's market signals only — use them as a starting point, not a recommendation.
Stock Scoring requires a Financial Modeling Prep (FMP) API key to fetch live data. Without one, scores cannot be calculated — but you can still see Pattern-only scores if you've visited the VWAP chart in the same session.
Add your FMP key under Settings → API Configuration → API Keys.

All scores are calculated from real-time FMP /quote data: price, change%, volume, market cap, P/E, EPS. Three equal pillars:
The following require additional FMP endpoints (paid tier) and are not yet implemented: ROE, Debt/Equity, Cash Flow, 13F filings, insider trading, analyst consensus, revenue growth. These may be added in a future update.

The Featured Stocks section shows 8 well-known stocks scored with today's data, spread across sectors (Tech, Financials, Healthcare, Consumer, Energy, Industrial). Click any to analyze it instantly.
Click "Refresh with New Symbols" to swap in 8 random symbols from the Global Top 200 list — great for discovering how different stocks score on any given day.
Click "Open Top 5 in Detail Analysis" to send the top 5 scoring Featured Stocks directly into Batch Processing. A modal lets you review and deselect any before confirming. Analysis starts automatically — same as drag-and-drop from your watchlist.
Visit the Market Pattern Recognition page and load a VWAP chart for your symbol first. Then come back and analyze — the pattern score will be included as a boost/penalty on top of the FMP-based score.
Score several stocks via "Refresh + Open Top 5" to quickly compare how different sectors are performing today relative to each other.
Scores change every day as market data changes. A high score today does not mean a high score tomorrow. Always combine with your own analysis before making trading decisions.
